Please note:
Recently, we had to discontinue our a'la carte ordering. Unfortunately, there were too many problems with keeping up on day-to-day supply. We can still fill your larger a'la carte orders with sufficient notice. Please email Nate@briquettessmokehouse.com to place your large a'la carte orders.
The minimum order on a'la carte is 5 lbs. (approximate weight). Please give us at least 3 days notice for such orders. We are also working on a "Family Dinner Package" that you will be able to order for take-out by simply calling in with standard notice.
Ribs, Chili, and Brunswick Stew are still available for a'la carte
walk-in ordering provided we have enough supply to fill the order.
